Dit is een uniek appartement in een rustige wijk in Rio Real.

Marbella East Rio Real Corner Apartment.

Two bedroom, sunny, corner ground floor apartment overlooking gardens and river close to beach and Marbella…This is a really high quality apartment in an extremely attractive setting. This a cut above other apartments. The apartment is sold totally furnished, including all items possibly needed, and car and moped. This is therefore a turnkey opportunity, ready to step right into. With no extra costs the apartment would be ready immediately to rent out.

The area, Rio Real, is an old established and very green area just to the East of Marbella. This is probably more sophisticated than the west side. The Golf Course here runs down to the sea and is the oldest in the Costa del Sol. This apartment sits in that environment.

The development is extremely pretty. As you can see from the pictures the apartment gives directly on to the gardens which are mature and well maintained. There is a river babbling past most of the year. The sea air comes up the valley. The swimming pool is again secluded, with a large pool house changing area and is worthy of a spa.

This is a very private and sunny flat. There is a terrace area with glass curtains, making it lovely and warm for winter sun. Windows on three sides make it light and attractive.
